directors, proprietors, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, officers, servants, agents, distributors, stockists, representatives, licensees and anyone acting for or on their behalf directly or indirectly, as the case may be from illegally engaging in advertising, marketing, promoting, publicizing and representing themselves to be affiliated, sponsored,licensed, endorsed by the Plaintiffs under the trademark SANGAM/SANGAM HOTELS/HOTEL SANGAM/SANGAM GROUP including offering for sale, any services, maintain and/or operate websites, domain names, social media platforms, email addresses, mobile applications trade/corporate name and in any other manner, directly or indirectly, online or offline, dealing with any goods or services in the name of SANGAM/HOTEL SANGAM/SANGAM HOTEL/SANGAM GROUP which is identical to the plaintiff's registered trademarks amounting to infringement of the Plaintiff's registered trademarks bearing application nos. 1906605 and 1906606 in Class 43 in any manner whatsoever. (b) A permanent injunction restraining Defendant No.1 and Defendant No.2, their partners, directors, proprietors, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, officers, servants, agents distributors, stockists, representatives, licensees and anyone acting for or on their behalf directly or indirectly, as the case may be from illegally engaging in advertising, marketing, promoting, publicizing and representing themselves to be affiliated, sponsored, licensed, endorsed by the plaintiffs under the trademark SANGAM/SANGAM HOTELS/HOTEL SANGAM/SANGAM GROUP including offering for sale, any services, maintain and/or operate websites, domain names, social media platforms, email addresses, mobile applications, trade/corporate name and in any other manner, directly or indirectly, online or offline, dealing with any goods or services in the name of SANGAM/SANGAM HOTELS/HOTEL SANGAM/SANGAM GROUP which is identical/similar to the plaintiff's trademark SANGAM/SANGAM HOTELS/HOTEL SANGAM and such other marks and passing off the goods/services of Defendant No.1 and Defendant No.2 as and for those of the Plaintiffs in any manner whosoever.
