PRAYER : Civil Suit (Commercial Division) filed under Order IV Rule 1 of O.S.Rules, 1956 And Order VII Rule 1 Civil Procedure Code, 1908 Read With Section 2(1)(C)(vi) and (xi) of Commercial Courts Act, 2015, praying to grant a judgment and decree on the following terms:-

interest at 18% p.a on Rs.50,00,000/- (being the amounts paid by the Plaintiffs to the Grand Mother and the Father of the Defendants 2 and 3) from the date of the Plaint till the date of realization.

(b) Directing the Defendants to pay Rs.11,69,000/- with future Interest at 18% p.a on Rs.10,00,000/- (being the additional amounts spent by the Plaintiffs) from the date of the Plaint till the date of realization.

In view thereof, C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.190 of 2025 is dismissed as settled out of Court. Since such settlement was arrived at pre trial stage, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of Court fees.
