When the matter s are taken up for hearing today , the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in both the appeals filed a memo in the respective appeals, stating that the parties have arrived at a settlement through a Written compromise dated 30.10.2025 and seeks permission of this court to withdraw the above Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals.

2. In view of the above, the above Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
