A perusal of the cause-list shows that cost-memo not filed However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that he has deposited the cost within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file the cost memo before the Registry. On such receipt of cost memo. Registry is directed to receive the same and take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
