This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for

substitute service of notice on respondents 3 and 8 in S.A.(MD) No. 426 of

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also

perused the records.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of

this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 3 and 8 by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Virudhunagar District, indicating the date of hearing as 08.01.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 29.12.2025.
