This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 233 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs. 31,900/- in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. Despite service of notice, none appeared on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
