3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 129 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs to the credit of MCOP No.691 of 2023, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Special District Judge, Madurai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing to deposit the said amount within the stipulated time, this miscellaneous petition shall stand
