The petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 51 days in

filing the Appeal by the claimants in M.C.O.P.No.963 of 2020 on the file of

Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal (Special District Court I), Cuddalore questioning the award dated 17.11.2023.

From the supporting Affidavit filed, it is seen that the reason for the delay has been furnished to the effect that the amount for the court fee had been arranged with much difficulty and thereby was a delay in re-presentation of the Appeal also.
