This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 7 to 9 herein as legal representative of deceased 6th respondent in the above appeal.

Mr.A.Chidambaram, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 6th respondent died on 01.02.2025. Hence, to implead

his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

Mr. S.Karthik, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 and Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel for 7th respondents appeared and submitted no objections for impleading legal heirs of 6th respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the

reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 6th respondent are impleaded as respondents 7 to 9 in the above Appeal.
