This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners herein as respondents 3 to 4 in SA SR No.128115 of 2023

Mr.K.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent passed away on 30.07.2024 issueless behind no direct class-I legal heirs. He would submit that being son and daughter, 1st respondent/blood brother viz., Srinivasan and the deceased had left a registered Will under document No. 14/2024 in favour of appellant and another Will under Doc. No.17/2024 in favour of Mrs.Y.Suvitha to succeed her estate. Hence, it is just and necessary to implead them as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent. Accordingly, he filed this petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 3 to 4 in the above Second Appeal. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
