This petition has been filed seeking to
condone the delay of 140 days in paying the
deficit Court fees of Rs.4,200/- in preferring the
appeal.
2.Taking note of the reasons stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the petition, the
delay, in payment of deficit Court fees, is
condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
3.The Registry is directed to number the
appeal and connected miscellaneous petitions, if
they are otherwise in order and list the same
under the caption 'for admission' in usual course.
