M/s.R.Anitha, the learned Special Government Pleader appears for the Petitioner submitted that the delay of 1063 days in representing the Appeal preferred against the Judgment and Decree on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvarur.

The Registry has placed the remarks called for by this Court earlier on 20.12.2024 from the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvarur. The learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvarur in her remarks in letter in D.No.62 of 2025, dated 03.01.2025 had reported that on verification of the Execution Petition filing Register, Suit Register and the Execution Application Register, no entires were found. Therefore, there is no Execution Petition filed by the Decree-holder.
