The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fifth defendant

in the main suit in O.S.No.18/2011, R.Durairaj passed away on 27.08.2022. However, no steps have been taken by the plaintiffs or other parties to bring the legal heirs of the deceased on record till date. The revision petitioner is the

second defendant in the suit. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction for early disposal of the suit. In view of the above, the petition is allowed.
