This petition has been filed to grant an order of stay of all further proceedings in the suit O.S.No.500 of 2012 on the file of 1^st Additional District

Court, Tiruppur pending disposal of the above appeal.

2.This Court by order dated 16.09.2019 has granted stay of passing of final

decree alone. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal. Since the main appeal is ripe for final hearing and ordered to be so listed, the interim order already granted on 16.09.2019 is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
