Three conflicting petitions have been filed. Two petitions by the 1st

respondent and one petition by the appellants. The appellants seek that an early date should be fixed for disposal of the appeal. However, the 1st respondent

seeks that early day for hearing should be deferred, till the records are prepared

¶55

by the trial Court.

2.The records are available. It is now the responsibility of the counsels to

advance arguments. The date is fixed on 09.12.2025 for advancing arguments.
