The present civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone

the delay of 14 days in filing petition to bring on record the legal heirs arising out of death of deceased appellant A.N.Lakshmi in the above Second Appeal;

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions, C.M.P.No.16265 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 14 days is condoned; the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant is set aside and hence, C.M.P.No.16266 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for; The Petitioners 1 to 5 in C.M.P.No.16267 of 2025 are ordered to be brought on record as Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appellants in the Second Appeal and the petition in C.M.P.No.16267 of
