Shri John seeks stay of the decree.

¶23

Shri Kalam states that, despite the decree, appellant is exploiting the rights for the movie “Veeram”, which was the subject matter of the suit, on its OTT platform abroad.

Shri John denies the said statement and states that appellant will immediately make the movie “Veeram” not available on the OTT platform for its viewers outside of India.

Statement is accepted as an undertaking and it shall come into effect forthwith. If any communication has to be sent to any agency, it shall be done within 24 hours from now.

In case the movie “Veeram” is exhibited in breach of decree granted in respect of prayers (a) and (b) in the suit, appellant shall deposit
