Appellant/claimant directed to pay court fee for the enhanced compensation amount, if any, with the Registry to draft the decree only after receipt of the court fee. As printed in the operative clauses, 'The 1st respondent is directed to deposit the enhanced compensation amount, i.e., Rs.1,11,000/- (after deducting the amount already deposited), together with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of the claim petition till the date of deposit' to the credit of MACTOP.No.2215 of 2013 within eight weeks of receipt/uploading of a copy of the order. On deposit, since the appellant is a minor, the compensation is to be placed in a Fixed Deposit Scheme in a nationalised bank initially for three years and renewed periodically until she attains majority; her mother, as natural guardian, may withdraw accrued interest once in three months for the minor's welfare. No interest is payable for any period of delay in filing the appeal.
