This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/ husband against the fair and final order dated 07.02.2018 made in I.A.No.1133 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.297 of 2017 directing the appellant to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent/wife from the date of the interlocutory application till disposal of the original petition and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses, on the file of the Family Court, Erode.
