When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.10.2025, the learned counsel for the appellant had filed a memo that the appellant had not come forward to give necessary instructions though he had also issued communication to the appellant. Hence, the appeal is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today, 17.11.2025. Though name of the appellant along with address has been printed in the cause list, there is no response from the appellant. Therefore, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
