The respondents S.Babu, U sha Rani and Saravanan appeared through video conferencing. Both the parties agreed for the compromise and requested to record the joint compromise memo.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the parties as well as the parties, the above said joint compromise memo is recorded.

4 . In pursuance of the joint compromise memo, final decree is passed and this Appeal Suit stands disposed of. No costs. The abovesaid joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
