Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Raj Jhabakh, the

learned counsel for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the respondents would bring to my notice that the arbitration

procedure will have to be in compliance with the SCOPE forum's Arbitration Rules and

in this regard, he seeks modification of the order.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner takes serious exception to the said

request of the learned counsel for the respondents, stating that the parties, especially the petitioner, would be mulcted with unnecessary administration charges and miscellaneous charges.
