Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader has filed a memo

dated 25.03.2025 reading thus:

'The Intra Court Appeal has been preferred challenging the order of the Learned Single Judge dated 20.01.2025 made in W.P.No.633 of 2025. The Respondent/writ petitioner filed the writ petition in W.P.No.633 of 2025 to quash the refusal slip dated 20.12.2024 whereby the sale deed dated 20.12.2024 presented by him was declined to be registered. The appellant issued a refusal check slip on the ground that the undervaluation proceedings initiated against the parent deed was pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in S.L.P Diary No.23982 of 2022. The SLP was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 07.03.2025. The appellant seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal and thus render justice.
