ORDER
The defendant seeks the condonation of the delay of 53 days in filing
the written statement. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has no serious
objection to this application being allowed. In the affidavit in support, it is
stated that the defendant had difficulty in coordination since the office is

sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed and the Registry is
directed to receive the written statement of the defendant.
