ORDER

This application has been filed to implead the applicant as defendant in

the main suit in C.S.No.141 of 2025.

The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant

has entered into a Joint Development Agreement dated 11.07.2019 with the respondents 1 to 3 and also a Partnership Firm Called M/s. Veenus Studio. In

the dispute between the 1st respondent and other respondents, who are the plaintiff and the defendants in the main suit, the applicant should not be put into

any inconvenience in marketing their share of 10 flats in the suit schedule

property as their rights are determined and crystallized by the aforesaid

Agreement. Hence, he seeks to implead the applicant as defendant in the main suit.

The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has not objected to

implead the applicant in the main suit. However, the learned counsel appearing

for other respondents/defendants objected the same.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the

plaintiff in the main suit/1st respondent herein has no objection to allow the

application, this application stands allowed.

Post the matter on 04.12.2025 for enquiry.
