This application has been filed by the applicant to order for substituted service to the respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily” newspaper.

2.According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main Suit. He has filed the Suit for recovery of money and he has already taken steps to serve summons on the respondent / defendant, but the defendant is evading from service of summons. Therefore, he has filed the above application for effecting substituted service.
