ORDER

The present application has been taken out to direct the 28^th defendant to block the schedule mentioned You Tube videos relating to the affairs of the applicants/plaintiffs.

It is to be noted that this Court by its order dated 24.10.2024, had granted an injunction as prayed for by the petitioner in O.A No.792 of 2024 as against the 29^th defendant and in O.A. No.793 of 2024 as against the defendants 1 to 27.

In view of the interim injunction already granted, I do not find any impediment to grant a direction as prayed for by the applicant.

In such view of the matter, the 28^th defendant is directed to block the Schedule mentioned You Tube videos relating to the affairs of the applicants/plaintiffs till the disposal of the applications filed in O.A.Nos.792 & 793 of 2024 in C.S.No.250 of 2024.

With the aforesaid direction, the application in A.No.398 of 2025 in C.S.No.250 of 2024 stands disposed of. No costs.
