In a proposed suit seeking partition and for permanent injunctive relief, the intending plaintiff

2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the suit property is within

the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, requested this Court to allow the present application.

3.Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in

support of this Application, and taking into consideration that the suit property is situated

within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.3942 of 2025

is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the 1^st and 2^nd respondents/ 1^st and 2^nd

defendants before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
