This Court by order dated 20.02.2025, had granted visitation of the

minor child to the applicant/father on every Friday.

The said visitation permitted by this Court is being carried on

without any dispute.

Therefore, this Court feels that there is no necessity in keeping the

present applications pending.

However, a request has been made by the learned counsel appearing

for the applicant to modify the venue, which was indicated in the order dated 20.02.2025.

In such view of the matter, both the applications in A.Nos.3668 &
