By this application, the plaintiff seeks to combine the causes of action.

The suit was filed seeking relief in respect of alleged infringement of trademark, copyright, passing off and other reliefs. In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it is stated that the relief relating to passing off also includes the prevention of unfair competition and dilution of the goodwill accrued by the plaintiff's trade marks.
