The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has no objection for allowing these applications, subject to cost, as the respondent/plaintiff has travelled from UK for recording ex-parte evidence, as the applicants herein D1 and D2 were set ex-parte on 18.10.2024. These applications have been filed on 03.03.2025. The time gap between the date of the applicants being set ex-parte and the date of filing the applications for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 18.10.2024 was not enormous.
