As directed by this Court, the name of the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.9764 of 2017 was printed in the cause list on 01.10.2024, the date of previous hearing, however, the name of the petitioner

in W.P.(MD) No.9765 of 2017 was not printed. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption “for dismissal” by printing the name of the respective petitioners in the cause list.
3. Accordingly, these writ petitions have been listed today under the caption “for dismissal” and the name of the respective petitioners have been printed in the cause list. However, no new counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respective petitioners. The petitioners are also not present before this Court. These writ petitions are of the year 2017. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petitions.
4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
