ORDER
The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned order dated 09.03.2018 on the ground that there is a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.4 of 2004 filed by the petitioner and his wife, apart from two suits, O.S.Nos.231 and 387 of 2004 filed by Ahamed Anus and legal heirs of Asaraf respectively against the petitioner and his wife seeking recovery. The three suits were tried together and a finding has been given that the property bearing S.No.235/2 measuring an extent of 20 acres belonged absolutely to the Government and granted recovery of possession, against which the petitioner has filed appeals in A.S.Nos.47 and 48 of 2012 before the Sub Court, Pattukottai. The said Ahamed and others have filed a writ petition in W.P.No.33935 of 2004 seeking patta in respect of the very same property and the request was turned down.
