3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of this Writ Petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2023 and take appropriate action to de-silt the sluice in question, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
