ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the third respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the Mandagapadi Kattalai Ubayam in the second day festival of Thai Poosam for the idol of Shri Mariamman, Samapuram, Trichy.
2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Thai Poosam festival is completed. However, she sought for a direction for early disposal of the revision petition filed by the petitioner in R.P.No.148 of 2023 before the first respondent.
