appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the District Level Vigilance Committee has passed orders even on 25.06.2024 on the issue of community certificate of the 3rd respondent.

malice and the petitioner has no locus standi to maintain the writ petition. He would also submit that the order dated 25.06.2024 has not been served on him.
