respondents 1 to 3 and submits that an enquiry has already been contemplated based on the petitioner's representations and this petitioner has also appeared for the enquiry on 11.03.2024. He further submits that the enquiry has not yet been concluded. After hearing the parties, necessary orders would be passed.
