2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court has already passed an order in W.P(MD)No.18622 of 2016, dated 04.10.2024 and the present writ petition is also similar to that.
3.In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.18622 of 2016, dated 04.10.2024, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
