PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2 nd respondent in 30991 / 20174 / J1 dated 10.01.2018 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to give notional promotion to the petitioner as Sanitary Officer for the period 2014-2015 and 2015-16 along with all monetary benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Court, on the last hearing date, ie., on 11.09.2024, made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner before next date of hearing, ie., today, this writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed as abated.
2. Admittedly, till date, steps have not been taken by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. In view of the said fact, as per order dated 11.09.2024, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
