This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 26.01.2024 and consequently direct the third respondent to look into the matter as earliest as possible based upon the representation made by the petitioner dated 26.01.2024.

2.In pursuance of directions of this Court, the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi has submitted a report stating that the 4^th and 5^th defendants are died and steps are pending and that the application to set aside the ex-parte order in injunction petition is also pending.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 to R4 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was initiated in CSR. No.91 of 2024 and the same is pending.

4.Considering the long pendency of the enquiry in CSR.No.91 of 2024, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as

well as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
