2023 to the first respondent on 19.10.2023. As the first respondent did not number the petition, the petitioner filed the above Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
