On the last hearing date, ie., on 10.09.2024, the learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner had reported no instructions in this matter and he had submitted that the bundle has already been handed over to the petitioner. This Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and post the matter for hearing today. As directed by this Court, Registry has printed the name of the petitioner in the cause list today. Till date, no new counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Despite printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list, the petitioner has also not chosen to appear in this matter.
