ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action to continue his son to study 10th standard at 4th respondent school and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Kumar, submitted that the petitioner's son was not permitted to attend his classes and thereafter he was also hindered by the 4th respondent school from writing his public examination while he was doing SSLC. Only on the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner school thereafter permitted the boy to attend practical examination and main examination.
