The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/ 1852/2020 dated 10.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to issue work order for free house under “Tamilnadu Chief Minister Green House Construction Scheme 2020-2021” within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

respondents would submit that since the writ petitioner has not produced the patta standing in her name or in the name of her family members, the third respondent has cancelled the patta. He would further submit that as of now, Tamilnadu Chief Minister Green House Construction Scheme is not in force and at present, Kalaignarin Kanavu Illam and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana schemes are in force and if the writ petitioner applies under the said schemes with necessary documents, the same will be considered by the third respondent.
