PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Refusal Check Slip No. RFL/Gandharvakottai/64/2023 dated 19.12.2023 with regard to sale deed dated 18.12.2023 pertaining to the Agriculture Land situated at Veeradipatti, Gandharvakottai, Pudhukkottai District comprised in Survey no. 201/6A1A1A1, 199, 183/2, 197/1B, 198, 183/2, 185, 184, 197/1A2, 186/2 and 195 to a total extent of 80 acres and 22 cents, issued by the 2 nd respondent, quash the same, consequently direct the 2 nd respondent to register the sale deed dated 18.12.2023 presented by the petitioner by removing the encumbrance recorded in the encumbrance column in respect of the above said property.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
