participated in the selection process is aggrieved, they may challenge the actions of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. However, the petitioner, who has not participated in the selection process, cannot invoke the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) mode to challenge the Commission's actions. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
