Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing,
Mr.D.S.Neduchezhian, learned Government Advocate has produced a communication that he has received from the Tahsildar, Kayathar viz., the first respondent, wherein it is stated that the online applications are arrayed seriatim and the survey is conducted as per the seniority. The petitioner has submitted his application on 19.06.2024 and the same has been allotted Sl.No.25 and the second application, which has been submitted as recently as on 25.07.2024 is allotted Sl.No.65. As per this serial number, the learned Government Advocate would assure that the survey will be conducted.
