2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the electric poles with the board's cost, erected on the Survey No.82/8B and 82/9 in Gandhalur Village, Tiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli.

The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to remove the poles laid in the petitioner's land. This Writ Petition had been filed in the year 2015 and pending this Writ Petition, the lines have been drawn energized which is to the benefit of the third respondent and other third parties also.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition as prayed for. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authorities as provided under Section 10(d) and 16 of the Telegraph Act, 1885. Since the petitioner's objection had not been forwarded by the respondents to the appropriate authority, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an application before the said authority.

With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No
