PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the award passed in C.P.No.1 of 15 dated 24.02.2016 passed by the third respondent, quash the same in so for as rejecting the Claims under the headings of Bonus, Weekly off wages, and National holidays and Festival Holiday wages and direct the first respondent to pay the same.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner as against the minimum wages awarded by the Labour Court, by order, dated 24.02.2016 and the first respondent was directed to pay a sum of Rs. 2,90,595/- to the petitioners.

2.In view of the order passed by this Court, in W.P(MD)No.23503 of 2015, dated 05.09.2024, this Court is not inclined to grant any other relief other than the relief already granted by the Labour Court.

3.Accordingly, the first respondent has to pay the amount as directed by the Labour Court within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
