The instand writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to refix
the pay scale of the writ petitioner based on G.O.Ms.No.146, Transport (C) Department, dated 30.11.2015, w.e.f. 03.05.2008, till the date of his retirement namely 30.04.2014 and revise his pensionary benefits and pay the commuted value of the pension with 18% interest.
